Refund policy

You have 60 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in perfect condition, and accompanied by their original packaging. No restocking fee will be charged.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked delivery service so that your return reaches our operations center in Asia safely.

If you would like an exchange, we will be happy to help. Simply specify your preferences in your email, and we will arrange the next steps.

Once your items have been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the transfer may take a few additional days to appear in your account.
