We cover all delivery costs in France, the United Kingdom, and the United States, allowing you to have your items delivered directly to your door with no hidden fees. For now, we deliver only to addresses located in France, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Each order is prepared and carefully packaged before leaving our warehouse.
Order preparation

Processing time: your orders are generally ready to ship within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation.
Delivery time
- Transit: delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after shipment.
- Total time: in most cases, you will receive your order within 4 to 9 business days.
Our daily order-processing cutoff time is 4:00 p.m. (GMT+01:00) Central European Standard Time (Paris), Monday through Saturday. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Tracking and confirmations
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way. We do our best to meet delivery times, but delays may occasionally occur, particularly during busy periods or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or logistics issues.
